The phone rang and it was an automated call from Gov. Blanco telling us to evacuate now. She ended up by saying "God Love You"
Was it followed by a call from Ray Nagin telling you that everything is under control--only to call again an hour later to say that nobody knew what was going on?

What really frosts me is that these two jacka$$es will probably get a pass from any responsibility.
