Google = Search engine/bunch of other things
AOL = ISP/content provider.

Not so. PayPal, Google and AOL that I know of will severely restrict access on Second Amendment matters. You may quibble as you will. As good as Google is, and it is very good, I have stopped using it for all but the most complex searches. I refuse to put more money in the pockets of the two left wing billionaires who run it. The same two who refused to acknowledge 9/11 on their web site.

None of those are web hosting companies, although AOL may provide 'personal' web pages. Not sure, but they're not a web hosting company, which is the topic of this thread.
