I didn't say it was declining, it is what it is. Getting conservatives out in the streets is difficult, always has been. Dozens of chapter leaders have burned out trying to do it.
It can work in two ways. One, having dedicated leader(s) in an area who will plug away no matter what the turnout (like DC), or two, a huge issue that smeels of critical, imminent danger.

I would have LOVED to be at our rally. But unlike the moonbats on the Left, I have a disabled husband at home to take care of, and I have a job and responsibilities. It must be nice to have the time to run around protesting everything in sight. I suspect that if most of us had that kind of time, we would have been there, too.
And have you noticed that basically the SAME PEOPLE are at these rant-fests that the Left holds?
