Damn, we need a REAL media. I just can't take it much more.
Actually there was a big difference in the numbers - but let us not forget that all the loonies from every cause possible join in on these rallies and add to their 'numbers.' I couldn't believe the morons yesterday with the banner that said '9/11 was an inside job' I guess these freaks haven't heard Bin laden's confession tapes via Al Jazeera.
The loonies did not build this country and if they were to take over they couldn't keep it running. They are incompetent boobs capable of little work but much noise.
Oh, I agree there probably was. It's much easier to get people to march against a cause than for it.
My point is that on some "news" websites I saw the figures for the Sheenan group run from 100,000 to almost 500,000. BS. There is no way there were 50,000 (probably less that that) down there from what I read here and other forums.
so true
Thanks for the pictures. These people are real heros and came to the rally not as professional protestors or dirty, smelly bums but as the people they are: parents, friends, and those who love America. There are many....many more like them across this great nation. We thank God for them.
One of the things that always had made me go humm is the fact these "anti-war" activists are always against US-led wars. Never seen any Anti-Soviet wars rally (when the Soviet Union attacked Afghanistan), nor Anti-Iraq-war rally (when Iraq attacked Kuwait for instance) either. You get antiwar people on the streets (not only in USA but the world all over) if and only if US troops get involved.
Isn't that queer? Are they "really" anti war or rather anti US-led wars?
Charlotte and Doug Smette. Heartwrenching photo. Our thanks to their son for his service to his country. We are so sorry he had to make the ultimate sacrifice. God bless him and his family. Sure makes ya just want to cry.

What a great looking group of people! What a harsh contrast to the images of the pro-jihad demonstrators.

Thank you for being there!!
Compare these moonbats to the folks in post #9 above
Those were the disruptors at the pro-troops rally today?
Awesome people who were there supporting the mission.
Heartfelt thanks!
To the scavengers of freedom: Do not cross my path.
Wonderful pictures and reports. How great this is to see! Thank you so much.
Those people were soon escorted across the street by the police. In the picture below they had just been told to stop using their bullhorn by the police, so they were chanting "We don't need a megaphone". As soon as they quieted down I shouted "No but you need soap and water - take a bath!"
