I am not a lawyer nor do I play one on tv, however couldnt the arguement be made that A her sister went to the same school and had no invasion of homosexual agenda. B Does the administration ask all parents if they are married or about moral sin in their lives and then decide if their child should be kicked out? C. What about the parent that is committing incest with their child, do they ask that?
I think they are going to get dinged leagally because they pulled this girl out because of the parents behavior. Not because the child didnt sign or follow the morality code.
