I wouldn't be surprised if the rainbow boys were right now drawing up their briefs (so to speak).
The USSC recently decided that the Boy Scouts of America cannot be coerced into an association with homosexuals, since the BSA is a private expressive association and to do so would violate its right to freedom of association.
Similarly, OCS is a private expressive association which cannot be coerced into an association with homosexuals -- specifically, they cannot be coerced into associating with homosexual parents in a business arrangement. Accordingly, OCS is well within its rights to refuse checks from Gray and Clark, to refund monies already paid and to end what they deem an unsatisfactory association.
Oops, maybe I should just say repulsed.
