The critters who swarm here to defend their hero, sissy-boy Mikey, sure do sidestep that one, huh? If they really believed it wrong to make money off a book about Terri, they'd also criticize Mikey for making any money off the book he's getting someone else to write for him. But they don't -- so it's just a fake show of simulated moral indignation. Lies to the core.
