Sadr, however, is not an Islamofascist. Rather, he's a traditionalist who gets paid by the Iranian government.
Tell that to the people who have been beaten and beheaded. There is nothing "traditionalist" about Sadar. He has frequently aligned himself with the fanatic Sunni, up until he noticed the tide changing. He's the one who led the caravan of "aid" to Fallujah. Don't kid yourself, Islamic fanaticism is not merely a Sunni problem. It is little men claiming authority by the misuse of the Koran. Both use the same tactics, both have the same outcome in mind.
None of this really has a thing to do with religion, it has to do with a grab for power. Religion is only the tool they use to obtain that power. They use God as a weapon and a handy excuse.
