Ok, WAR has been declared, lets fight it on their field, by their rules. If the dems want to use political prosecution to get back the power that the voters aren't inclined to give them, I say fine. It should be open season on every democrat that is within the jurisdiction of a Republican prosecutor.

What you are missing is that the GOP has a rule that the leaders must step down upon indictment. The DumocRats don't have that rule. I guess they have to step down if they receive lethal injection.(But they still get to vote in a lot of states)

If it's true what I heard earlier today, than it's getting to the point were I can no longer support some of these people. I heard that it was the Bush prosecutors who argued for leniency with Sandy Burglar. So much so, that it was the Judge who imposed the stiffer penalties (Community Service, etc). I'm past being sick of the new tone by BushCo. as Democrats (and the media) just continue to roll over Republicans.

These are literally life and death battles for the direction of this country and Republicans continue to show that they don't have the spine to fight. What's ironic is that this is the party who insists we can't show weakness in our resolve to fight terrorism, lest we continue to be victims of it. Yet, I see just the opposite when it comes to Republicans dealing with Democrats as they continue to show weakness...and getting hammered for it. It should be obvious these people don't want to be our friends.
