I disagree too with cowardly RINOs who sell us out but De Lay is the genuine article.
When he made that comment about spending he was being sarcastic. De Lay is one of the few real conservatives in all of Congress. He needs our support, not condemnation by those who believe MSM spin rather than the facts.
No, he wasn't being sarcastic; don't buy into that Big Lie. He's part of the problem.
If he was at all serious about limiting spending, he wouldn't have rammed through the pork-laden "highway" and "energy" bills. He's one of the ones not only approving of, but getting passed, the gigantic spending increases.
He sold out years ago, for money, power and influence. Maybe he used to be "the genuine article" years ago, but he's just another cheap politician now. And that's useless to a theoretically-free society.
