You ain't nothin' but a Waitress in the Sky

Tell that to the "waitresses" that helped evacuate the plane that crashed in Toronto last month without one fatality.

The fine ladies down at the Waffle House get people out virtually every day without any fatalities.

I agree with you. These "waitresses in the sky" as that one guy said have to put up with a lot from some rude and unruly passengers as well. That person should not LUMP everyone into the same category. He/she wouldn't like it if people did that to him/her.

I respect the flight attendants and I treat them nicely as well and they in turn do the same for me. Some people get on the plane and think the flight attendants are there to wait on them hand and foot. They are NOT. They are there to serve and try to make passengers comfortable an do what they can in times of emergencies.

There are some passengers who get on a plane and act like they've never been out in public before. Those are probably the ones the flight attendants have to put up with with their demands for this and for that.

I think the flight attendants in the attacks on the WTC, the Pentagon and the field in Pennsylvania deserve better than being called "waitresses in the sky."
