It's never been mentioned in anything that I have read who instructed Gorelick to install the wall of lawyers.preventing vital info to intelligence agencies. I actually asked Shaffer on C-Span that question. I asked him if Hillary might have instructed Gorelick to do it and it took him 5 minutes to basically tell me he probably can't say.
