I saw the original story on CNN, then reviewed it again on the CNN web site. It was very credible, especially for a CNN story. The real clincher was, the hotel manager said the 8 N.O. cops fled after a few days in a stolen school bus-- full of loot. I didn't see anything about that part in this transcript, which only cited a part of the original story. I wonder where that school bus went?
Probably to the Los Angeles PD to sell the stuff.
