Levin voted yes...I still can't believe that. And Stabenow, the junior Senator from Michigan who faces election in 2006, votes no. Something just doesn't make sense here.

The thing is, Levin doesn't need cover. He's not up any time soon and Michigan sends him to the Senate by large margins. It's Stabenow who needed cover and she voted no.
