I could be wrong, happens once in awhile, but I could have swore I read that Tacoma has "use a gun, spend a night in jail" policy, which basically means you're getting booked for "investigation of" even if you will never have charges filed.

This guy has nothing to worry about and bad guy is supposedly circling the drain. I know who the bald spot belongs too btw.
