Regarding your question: it's just a name.. double meaning. I'm from Memphis Tennessee and moved to Columbus Ohio in 1999. I'm a converted Volunteer to the Buckeye state... and converted to being an Ohio State Buckeye devotee.

Regarding that posting. I've been a freeper since August of 2004. My name was: soundandvision. This week I decided to change all my email around (personal home email through Road Runner) and found that I couldn't change my name so I decided to make a new name (didn't know you couldn't have two names). So I created buckeyeconvert, sounded better to me anyway than soundandvision (I've never liked that name).

I was posting in a thread about the Limbaugh show today and saying how I wished Rush would hurry up and get to what Bill Bennett had said that caused the controversy lately. Some guy called me impatient and labelled me as a troll (clearly, I''m not...my profile even references my old user name and how long I've been a freeper). He labelled me a troll because the 'buckeyeconvert' name was only days old, etc.

I told he was a jackass (sorry, I can't stand bullies, of any kind) and that caught the wrath of the FR moderators I guess and I said, I wasn't apologizing for it...and here I am... banned.

Both my new name and old name are banned.

If you could search my history on FR you would find very thoughtful posts in support of Janice Rogers Brown recently, complaining about the Media's obsession with Natalie Holloway and not focusing on terrorism...etc etc.

Needless to say, I'm not a troll. I kind of feel like I'm in a Hitchcock film "the Wrong Man" or something (laugh). Reading all of these flames directed at me in that thread because I'm not a lib troll...it's very disconcerting to read things directed at you when you know they aren't true. Especially when even under my new name anyone could search and see that my postings would suggest someone that is right of center, slightly Libertarian. Not a lib troll. I say could search..you couldn't almost immediately after I posted that thread because the history of both names is gone.. like they never existed.

Eh, had to vent to someone and you got the email because you posted to me and you weren't flaming me.

Feel free to pass it... I'm going to miss FR... both my names are banned.

Little background here...before he was zotted by he posted this thread three different times in different forums. Not a wise thing to do. I was watching his posts for a few minutes before I posted. By the time I did post he was already zotted. Apparently because he had two accounts.

Anyway I did check his messages about Rush and didn't think that alone was zot worthy. If he was an old-timer he should of used to rough treatment.
