I did watch the "Law and Order" show. The bad guys in the plot was the patients parents and their minister. figures

Yes, I worry about folks in Florida, especially the Pinellas Park area. The Greed court and cronies prove lethal. The more light we can shine on them from afar, the better for us all.

Sometimes I watch CNN, such as last night for awhile. There were 45 deceased patients found at Memorial Hospital in NO. A Dr. King is acting as a whistleblower and claims that nurses discussed euthanasia and one doctor there as well. They are denying all of Dr. King's allegations. Dr. King said that their death rate went up and the Louisiana Attorney General is investigating the times of death of the 45 deceased. It would be highly unlikely that all would die at the approximate same time.

Louisiana's Attorney General is following the law. Euthanasia is illegal. I applaud Dr. King for going public.

Bobby looks healthy again. That's good. He's going to keep fighting for innocents.

Law & Order: 1. We didn't run after HINO every time there was a sighting. We didn't give a rat's patoot where or what HINO was doing. 2. Activist Mitch Randolph - imo, was a reference to Randall Terry. They kept calling the activist "Randolph". 3. The Vigils were non-violent. 4. Michael Schiavo is alive and well. 5. KAREN from Law & Order was permitted to live. TERRI WAS MURDERED. That is where fact and fiction separate.

IMO, many people still believe that Terri was saved in 2003 and they quit following news about Terri. Law & Order may have reinforced in people's minds that Terri was saved. As you know, Terri was not saved but fictional Karen not only was saved but "they never removed fictional Karen's feeding tube". Never. Fictional Karen from L & O also had a breathing tube because Karen apparently couldn't breathe on her own like Terri could.

Catch it in re-runs. You will get chills. I don't want to give away the plot.

Why I should care about Terri? Because we saw Terri in New Orleans at the Convention Center, at the Super Dome, trapped in their houses or on rooftops or out in the hot sun on the interstate. Terri was in the St. Rita nursing home and other nursing homes. Terri was at Charity Hospital or Memorial Hospital and people w/syringes are accused of mercy killings.

TERRI? Nobody who should have followed their oaths rehydrated or nourished her. Even worse for her, the Coast Guard didn't get her out of a bad situation. That's why I care about Terri.

The culture of death marches on but so do we.

Sounds like that episode is as William Shakespeare, The lady doth protest too much, methinks, whereas the Media is no lady. They are anxious to get us all into a different mindset because they must fear we are seeing through the veil of lies.

I will clench my teeth and watch a rerun when it repeats.

#1    The lapses in logic aside, it's chilling to assert that it's more ethical to starve a handicapped person if that person is blind. This is what passes for ethics among advocates for euthanasia. Michael Egnor, M.D. Stony Brook,

It's amazing what doctors like Egner, who try to save people, rather than kill them, can accomplish. Don't look to the pro-euthanasia crowd for advances in medicine.

Best Doctors 2005: One Lucky Unlucky Boy

Two-year-old boy playing in his driveway. Father accidentally runs over him while backing up his truck. Boy’s skull crushed; he arrives at the hospital near brain death. [snip]

“When I first saw Bobby, his pupils were dilated,” says Stony Brook pediatric neurosurgeon Michael Egnor. ...extremely close to brain death.”

... Egnor told Kim and Bob that he would need to remove almost the entire top of Bobby’s skull, ... Four large pieces of his skull were removed, then stored under skin on his abdomen to keep them viable for reattachment

The surgical team then inserted a catheter into Bobby’s brain... Bobby was placed in a medically induced coma ...

Bobby was gradually taken out of the coma after a week, and his recovery has been remarkable. He has a slight vision problem in one eye, but doctors think that it may improve with age. The scarring on Bobby’s reattached skull is disappearing as his hair grows back in, and he recently returned to day care. “The chance of Bobby having serious long-term complications is very small,” says Egnor. “His brain scan looks great, and neurologically he’s doing very well. He’s a normal kid—walking around and playing. If anything, his mom says he’s more focused now than he was before the accident.”

Thanks for the link to the Empire Journal article about Michael lying about his degree in his application for guardianship.

According to the tables accompanying the article, Michael also lied on the Sheriff's (2004) application, in which he says he was working at Agostino's until 1993.

In his sworn deposition (1993) he says he worked at Agostino's until 1990.

Law & Order: Karen was spared in the fictional tale but in real life, Terri was martyred. You'll not like how it starts but once the show plays out, you won't feel like throwing items at your tv. Lots of pro-life talking points got on the program by the end.

Thanks for pointing this to my attention. I was sleepy when I read TEJ article.

A pathological liar, indeed.

Infant off ventilator breathing on his own

By Kevin Corcoran
kevin.corcoran@indystar.com

A 5-month-old boy removed from life support under a judge's order was breathing on his own Monday, but there's still little hope of recovery.
"He's breathing like a champ," said Marion Superior Court Judge Marilyn A. Moores, who issued the order ending life support at the request of Indiana's Department of Child Services.

Officials in the department's Marion County office on Friday sought Hamad Elijah Sanda's removal from a ventilator. The agency had taken custody of the baby Sept. 26, four days after he was brought to Methodist Hospital's emergency room with a fractured skull and severe, irreversible brain injuries.
Police still were investigating Monday and had not yet delivered their report to the Marion County prosecutor's office, said Roger Rayl, a spokesman for Prosecutor Carl Brizzi.
The next move could be up to hospital officials. A spokesman for Clarian Health Partners, which runs the hospital, declined to talk about the boy's condition.
Moores has issued a "do-not-resuscitate" order that takes effect if Hamad stops breathing. But the hospital must continue to provide the boy with artificial food and hydration through a tube unless caseworkers go back to court.
The boy's mother, Tiwanna Sanda, appeared in Marion Superior Court's Juvenile Division on Friday to object to the removal of life support. Sanda, 30, who is pregnant with another child, declined comment after the judge's ruling and could not be reached Monday.

Sanda took her son to the emergency room but did not offer any explanation for his injuries, investigators have said. She showed up there more than two hours after calling a nursing hotline to say her son had been injured, Moores said.
Much of Hamad's irreversible brain damage appears to have resulted from a delay in seeking medical attention, she said Monday after conferring with hospital personnel.
Dr. David Westenkirchner, director of the pediatric critical care unit at Methodist, testified Friday that no one knows how long the boy can survive off of the ventilator.

In her ruling, Moores wrote that the medical experts had assured her that "he will never be able to eat by mouth. . . . He would likely be blind and deaf. He will never sit, stand, roll over, crawl, talk, smile, laugh or in any way interact meaningfully with his environment."
Court records show Sanda was convicted in 2003 of battery in connection with an assault on another of her children. Sanda has a history with Child Protection Services, and three of her children are living with relatives in another county.

The boy's father, Hamadou Sanda, was said to be out of state seeking work, according to court documents. He could not be reached to participate in Friday's hearing.

Prayers for Hamad!

Bill McCollum is running against Rice for Fla AG. I haven't pinned down McCollum's web site yet but I endorsed Tom Gallagher this morning on my web site. I endorse Gallagher, Katherine Harris and Bill McCollum.

I am not volunteering for anyone else due to time constraints and because I'd rather leave blanks on my ballot than vote for somone who may be a stealth friend of the ACLU, HOSPICE, you know, the bad Hospice Woodside, GREER, OR THE DEATH LAWYERS.

Florida would need to be declared a disaster area if Crist and Rice were in charge. "Run for your lives!"

Who knew that after Terri's death, there would be so many more? There's been one disaster after another. It's a good time to have faith or find it.

A good time to remind lurkers and freepers that the ACLU was on Michael Schiavo's legal team. Their attorneys didn't have much work to do since the judges were already bought and paid for. If you know the outcome in advance, you don't have to try very hard. I'm sure they were paid handsomely by the hemlockers and death lobbyists to help Michael Schiavo.

Why is Terri deceased? MONEY AND POWER. That's it. Media, get cracking!

Regarding my post #259

The ACLU's enthusiasm for death

I find it difficult to rein in my distrust of the ACLU, one of the more overt of the communist inspired enemies of our America. It is generally (although not always) a good barometer of who are the good guys and who are the bad guys. Whenever I see ACLU allied with one side, I prejudge it to be evil.
