I remember when I first started with Civil Service, my coach told me to not make enemies as everyone has done something for which they could be fired.

I once told that to another employee and she informed me she had never done anythig for which she could be fired. Later that day, I caught her changing some notes which while understandable was technically a crime. I couldn't keep from telling her.

It really does sound like they are grasping at straws trying to find something on this guy.
