If Republicans had 60 senators Estrada would have been on the federal bench and then elevated to the supreme court.


Any conservative would have been fillabustered and there are too many rino's for the nuclear option.

Even if we have 60, we still have the pro- choice RINOs. Maybe 70 would be safe and that is virtually impossible

There are enough non-RINOs to use the nuclear option, but the Republicans are a horrible majority party. Leadership is nill. If a party leader can't get 90% of his party (50/55) to vote on a crucial issue, then he is a complete failure.
