I feel the leadership of the Islamic countries like the opulence offered them by leadership positions. Therefore I think they would act in their personal best interest. They can be 'coerced' into finding and killing the jihadist by assurring them that they, their families, and their countries will be utterly destroyed if they do not offer to the West an absolute insurance policy. One slipup and we make an example out of them with a total and utter nuclear strike. Otherwise, for the life of me, I cannot envision this war ever coming to an end.
