Absolutely, because he is. He's a legal nerd, of precisely the type that is necessary to succeed on a court wallowing in constitutional minutiae. She actually meant it as a compliment.

No, she didn't mean it as a compliment at all. She viscerally hates Roberts. I don't know why, but she does.
Mark Levin is a BRILLIANT and knowledgeable Constitutional Law expert. I would hardly call Mark a "nerd" nor "nerdy".
