Can someone knowledgeable write ONE paragraph in simple terms summing up who's suing who.....and what are the Vet's suing about?

All the stuff above is a big, amorphous jumble to me and probably to others.

Carlton Sherwood, producer of Stolen Honor, was sued in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for defamation three weeks before the election last year by a VVAW member who claimed he was defamed in the film.

During that same week, Sherwood was sued by another VVAW member in New York.

In late August, the Philly plaintiff added Vietnam Veterans Legacy Foundation (an organization that has supported Sherwood in these suits) and NewsMax to his list of sue-ees.

AND, in late August, yet another VVAW-member sued Sherwood, VVLF & NM in Philly--same lawyer as the other Philly plaintiff.

One-time VVAW-leader John Kerry, apparently, has just been sued by VVLF and Sherwood.

Gather VVLF & Sherwood are now suing Kerry & Podesta for conspiracy, defamation, interruption of business (or something like that). Maybe VVLF & CS believe that the campaign had something to do with the suits that happened to be brought against Sherwood just three weeks before the election. Guess you have to read the rest on the VVLF website. It's all there, and it's not boring.
