Tony's guests and topics on today's show include:
Conservative Caution
Conservatives are beginning to breathe again after learning more about Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers. What does one of the most prominent conservative members of the Senate think of the pick? Tony'll ask Senator George Allen (R-VA).
Sticking to the Budget
All of Congressman Mike Pence's efforts are beginning to pay off--the House leadership is pledging to hold the line on federal spending. We'll talk with Rep. Pence about how he achieved his goal and what will happen in the future.
New Operations
We're still keeping tabs on the Iraq war, especially Operation Iron Fist, which has already achieved great results. Lt. Col. Oliver North, author of The Assassins, will assess the war's progress.

"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time
-- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!
I agree.:)

There have been theories here that perhaps a policeman saw what was going to happen and "helped" him...
Maybe that he found out they weren't letting anyone in the game with a backpack, and was transferring the "bomb" to under his shirts...
All kinds of theories...but I hope that President Bush and all are totally aware of this...and not taking it lightly.
I think you are right in your theory, and I believe it may not just be Stevens, but Ginsburg down the line. I would not mind if GWB put Gonzalez in to replace Ginsburg he is qualified and even Jay Sekulow is not turned off by him. He would be the first Hispanic on the Court and then GWB could make another milestone choice after we take Souter's Cabin with eminent Domain. I could see it now Souter's home is taken,he quits,The Builder replaces his Cabin with an exact Duplicate of the Prairie Chapel Ranch in Texas, and GWB appoints Janice Rogers Brown and Miguel Estrada to the Court before 2009. LOL!
You can listen to the guest appearance of Anne Coulter on the Mike Rosen show from yesterday (Tues. Oct. 4th) for yourself:

While I like President Bush and think he's done a good overall job so far this nomination of Harriet Miers, signing the overspending bills being passed by Congress and missing in action on the illegal immigration issue are examples where he gets very poor marks in my book.

oceanview's #35:
[the word on the threads earlier today was that he tried to get into the stadium with a knapsack, could not, then went to the bench to place the contents of the sack onto his body (under his shirt/jacket) - and that's when it exploded.]
It sounds as though someone was doing their job and averted a horrible tragedy.
Thanks for the link!
It is probably an over statement about tensions being high, however all College football games in October have high tensions. They might not like the extra security, it tends to ruin your tailgate party enthusiasm.
ALL CLEAR AT THE WHITE HOUSE. Whew!
Who has the Greg Kelly photo?
If an eighteen wheeler laden with fertilizer arrives at a stadium whose field is articial turf, that might be a problem ...
Yes. Or perhaps timing was off. Maybe the knapsack was supposed to be left inside the stadium before the cell call was made. The chosen explosive is very volatile
