Ruth Bader Ginsburg is 72. How much longer do you think we'll have to endure her?
With her past problems it could be anyday. If I had to make book on it, I'd put the over/under at 4 years.
Ginsburg has been nothing but misery and my worst nightmare. A former attorney for the ACLU, she is in effect a Marxist.
Let's hope she "retires" before W is out so he can replace her. ANYONE appointed by any Republican President would be an incredible improvement over her.
Ginsberg was treated for cancer, wasn't she? Maybe she or John Paul Stevens will croak and Bush will get another chance.
