The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee said Tuesday two of its employees obtained the credit report of Maryland Lt. Gov. Michael Steele,Republicans have already complained about a request from the DSCC for a wide range of records from Steele's 2 1/2 years in office, with Jervis Finney, Gov. Robert Ehrlich's chief legal adviser, saying the request "may well constitute an abuse of legal process, perhaps a disgrace on the citizens of Maryland.
