It's pouring here in New York State, but there is sunshine in my day today from your post. Thanks to you and Peter Paul. Sink the SS Hillary!

Based on the actions by Clinton defense counsel David Kendall in appealing every denial of every motion made, they could delay trial until next fall conceivably, but in the meantime they cant delay discovery longer than late spring, just in time for Hillary's reelection campaign to be in full swing. I have assigned the proceeds of my suit to the US Justice Foundation, as my objective is to have them found guilty of fraud and coercion. they destroyed my company by interfering with my Japanese partner's promised investment of $7 million in late 2000 when the NASDQ tech sector was melting down. Clinton had his intermediary with me Jim Levin secretly fly to Japan, make a deal to secretly start a US subsidiary of the Japanese company with Clinton as silent partner and Levin as managing director. I want that exposed in the trial as well. see the civil suit at www.hillcap.org

My expert analysis of this handwriting sample tells me that this note was written by a narcissistic egomaniac with delusions of self-importance, consumed by his lusts and appetites, who is incapable of telling the truth unless he stumbles over it by accident. The author of this note is very likely a deeply disturbed, untrustworthy sexaholic who routinely betrays friends and colleagues and leaves a lifelong trail of broken relationships, wounded women, and contemptuous former 'friends'...... This person may well resort to serial adultery and even rape in a desperate yearning to deal with his insatiable, all-consuming lust. I would suspect that the author of this note needs psychiatric treatment, but there is no known successful therapy for the deep characterological flaws that will lead this person to endless lies and broken relationships, and even perjury if called before any legal proceedings. This is a person who should never be permitted to practice law, hold public office, or enjoy any position of public trust.

There, how's that for an amateur "handwriting analysis"??? :^)

Did all of you pay attention to Peter's answer in No. 162? It is critical to what this is all about and why he is someone who is not going away.

1. He was induced to spend money on Hillary's campaign with the promise that Bill would come aboard Stan Lee Media as a goodwill ambassador.

2. Even after publicly denouncing him shortly after the concert, they asked for more money and Bill himself gave assurances that all was okay.

3. The Japanese investor, Tendo Oto, was prepared to infuse the company with a lifesaving $7 million. Clinton's intermediary, Jim Levin, flew to Japan and made his and Bill's own deal with Oto.

4. Because the Oto money did not come, SLM could not be saved.

Had it not been for Levin and Clinton, SLM stock would have survived, there would have been no criminal charges as he tried to save the stock, and there would have been no hellhole corridor of death dungeon in a prison in Brazil. Does anyone believe he is going to stop? Does anyone believe he is afraid of Hillary? She has never met as tenacious an adversary.

I've said it before on this forum. Peter had no particfular love for the Clintons. He had been a commie-fighing Reagan admirer. It was a business deal with an outgoing president that would have resulted in an incredible worldwide media company. He has admitted that he paid way too much attention to business and no attention at all to the real Clintons. He knows that he screwed up big time, and he and his family have paid an incredible price.

============================================

KING: You once described the Clintons as like tornadoes moving through people's lives. Would you elaborate on that?

MCDOUGAL: Well, I think I had it on my mind, because we had just had a very destructive tornado at Arkadelphia, which did tremendous damage and killed people and -- there was enormous turbulence, an act of God. And this is how I look at Webb Hubbell and all of these people that have departed just in the past few years. It does. It looks like it's a tornado moving through people's lives. And it spreads them. And there are just people that left flat in the wake of the tornado.

Dear Cecil:

I recently saw a movie that featured a trial scene at the end, and I noticed how heavily the court played on the witnesses' belief in God, the Bible, etc., as they were sworn in. I began to wonder: what if an atheist or an agnostic were an important witness to a crime--how would that person be sworn in? --Barbara T., Los Angeles

Dear Barbara:

When a witness refuses to swear to God, the court accepts an "affirmation" instead. In a jury trial, the smart lawyer will arrange for this ahead of time in the judge's chambers, so the witness won't look unduly obstreperous or morally deficient in open court. The judge may then instruct the jury that the funny oath they are about to hear should be considered legally valid.

In U.S. District Court (to take the most widespread example), the standard oath is amended to: "You do affirm that all the testimony you are about to give in the case now before the court will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth; this you do affirm under the pains and penalties of perjury?" After the witness replies, "You got it, Jack," or whatever godless heathens say in such situations, everyone sits back and pretends that the "pains and penalties of perjury" are every bit as intimidating as the wrath of a vengeful Almighty. It's not an ideal situation, if you want my opinion, but I suppose it's the best the judges can do under the circumstances.

They had a storage unit in CA:

New York Sen. Hillary Clinton surely hopes that history isn't repeating itself with the raid conducted by the FBI last month on another warehouse; this one chock full of documents from her 2000 Senatorial campaign.

"The documents were seized in a May 30 raid of a California storage facility containing documents of Peter Paul, the entrepreneur who funded Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign with over $2 million dollars in direct, in-kind contributions which were never reported by Hillary Clinton or her Senate campaign, as required by law," revealed the public interest law firm Judicial Watch in a press release late last week.

Wow, not I, I predicted LAT. Does this mean the NYT will be forced to do something in the future because the WP is covering the story?

I guess the larger question is why isn't ther a single prosector willing to go after this? Oh, wait, didn't klinton fire and replace all Federal prosecutors as one of his first acts as president. Sure wish I side would grow a spine and fight fire with fire.

This is excellent!

I hope that all your effort (in creating more and more awareness for this lawsuit and for other egregious wrongs wrought by the Clintons against the USA) ends up with Hillary and her evil husband losing all they have, and once and for all being summarily despised, as they so richly deserve.

I hate the Clintons with a passion. Their evil is insidious within the current democrat party. They have obviously damaged our great country nearly as badly as the Civil War did IMO. They have managed to create a serious divide within the country, and I believe they and their evil minions are working with the devil himself to try and increase that divide in any manner necessary--and with them there are no holds barred.
