Neapolitano on FoxNews said that this means thaat the prosecutor either didn't tell the Grand Jury something he should have, or told them something he shouldn't have and that this is very serious.

He didn't produce the nobill from the Friday GJ until Wednesday. My bet is he didn't tell the newly formed GJ on Monday that the previous GJ failed to indict. And he probably intentionally failed to file the nobill notice on time.
While the basic Constitutional protection against double jeopardy may not apply to grand juries, this grand-jury shopping smells to high heaven.
Earle would have continued to go to additional grand juries until he found one with compliant Dems in the majority.
This sounds great. Are there any legal penalties for prosecutorial misconduct, or does it just mean the charges are dropped? I mean, first things first, but we need to have Earle on the wrong end of a GJ so he can see just how unpleasant it is.
Based on the bits I heard, seems you could get the kind of charges against this DA that you get against mobsters.
yeah if found to be true, the case gets dismissed and Earle could end up being disbarred I believe, if someone pushed it....
I agree; he does fight back, a little. I wish more of them would be more agressive and outspoken. For goodness sakes, we won the elections! We don't need to cooperate with the RATS anymore.

Earle broke the law regarding calling up a new grand jury (he called up 3).
Earle took corporate donations...the very thing he is chasing DeLay about, too.
