For instance does the state's right to off its citizens override due process and equal protection?

For instance does the state's right to off its citizens override due process and equal protection? No, but the state is not offing its citizens.

the state's right to off its citizens What?
How about the state's right to allow its citizens to off themselves if they see so fit?

For instance does the state's right to off its citizens override due process and equal protection? The statute at question allows doctors and pharmacists to make lethal doses of medicine available to a patient on request. It does not, from what I understand, allow anyone to administer the medicine other than the 'patient' himself. Should a hardware store be forbidden from selling rope to someone who might hang himself?

For instance does the state's right to off its citizens override due process and equal protection? Did the state off the citizens in question?
