WOW! The First Lady seems to have lost more weight as well has having toned up a LOT more. She's looks even thinner in this suit than she has lately. Her figure is even more shapely than it's been - I think she's lost more weight from her hips, a very difficult place for a woman over 40 to lose any weight from.

She has inspired me to start a weight-training program. I've been doing swimming for my cardio-exercise but I need to do weights. Muscle burns more calories than flab, and I need to have the extra calorie-burning as I cannot drop the calories any lower than I have and still have good nutrition.

What an inspiration the First Lady has been to the women of America. My role model.

I'm even thinking of going back to teaching because she's emphasized the importance of having good teachers back in the schoolrooms of America. I'm excited about the programs she's set up for second-career folks to get into education, even though I had an education minor in College, it was in another state and I need to qualify in my new home-state, but the program is much more appropriate - based on mentor relationships which I really appreciate. That's how I ran my department when I was an engineering manager: I teamed a senior member of the Dept. with a newbie and it was so successful, I was "studied" by local MBA school progams, for the "innovative" way in which I formed teams in the Dept. So, this method for bringing 2nd career teachers into teaching programs makes sense for me, and I'm loving it.
