Too bad that you don't have anything to say about Bush shamelessly nominating a stealth candidate who has no track record to show that she will be a judge in the line of Scalia/Thomas.

Bush said that he would nominate individuals to the Supreme Court like Scalia and Thomas, and there are plenty of judges out there who have a proven track record of being strict constructionists/originalists and Bush passed then over for one who has no proven track record as being a strict constructionist/originalist, and conservatives are to just take it all on faith and trust Bush on this one?
