Bush's "big government" is different from the dem's version in that he truly believes it is for the good of the country, not a ploy to buy generations of voters.

Firstly, that's adults not registered voters or likely voters. Secondly, if gas should fall below $2 per gallon & troops start coming home from Iraq that will change.
