And will the media be outraged? Did he follow his statement with " but that would be immoral and wrong"? There's a double standard here that's racist. And here's how it's racist -- whites don't take this guy seriously. They think he's a fool and that's why there's no outrage from the New York Times or anyone else. Then again, maybe they're right.
Off hand, I'd say when you have something like this:

At least he was polite enough to use the term "white people" instead of something racially insensitive and politically correct.

And it is in fact racist against Black people. If you allow someone to condone genocide it is because you don't think their entire race is capable of civil behavior. If a schizophrenic is yelling obsenities on a street corner we don't tell him to stop because we know he doesn't have the ability to control it. The left fears and looks down on blacks. They really don't think they are equal and thus excuse any behavior.
This story broke a few weeks ago and received very modest play.
It really disgraces even FOX that they did no more than give it ho-hum coverage.
MSM, of course, avert their eye to anything that pierces their fantasy world view.
Sadly, many more conservative media, like FOX, can be extremely cynical judging a story on such criteria as whether they recently fatigued the audience with a slightly similar matter or whether they were already putting up great numbers with endless coverage of a high school girl abuducted on some island nobody ever heard of. They don't bump their "hot" news for news that has something important to reveal about the insanity in the radical black community and how it is comfortably tolerated in the academy.
Really, this is MUCH worse than Churchill...an actual call to genocide. And ON CSPAN!. Should have been HUGE.
All I can say is thank Him that we now have this means to talk to one another...
