I think the liberal press, (comprised of feminists, homosexuals, socialists, darwinists, secularists, communists, multi-culturalists), has no outrage because they enjoyed the guy's speech and the thought of hundreds of millions of those evil white Christian males being eliminated tickled their fancy.
The liberal press (with C-SPAN) is happy to see this because it keeps the Farakkan-, Sharpton-, Harry Belafonte-, Jesse Jackson-followers on their plantation and allows them to make those malevolent leaders-in-retrograde their gold-chain livings off their sheep-dogging. These leaders have so supported their followers' wallowing in the reactionary "education of the street" and increasingly fostered aversion to any education not prejudiced against capitalism, that these followers truly are so driven to insanity that they can no longer think usefully or for themselves.
Partly for purposes of corralling votes, I'm sure the NYT and other MSM media are more happy than not to see this--as these things help to hasten the days of their Progressive establishment as the elite, but in the great dialectic, I trust "Pinch" thinks the time is just not yet ripe.
