Do you honestly think a pro-abortion candidate who has never held elective office has a chance?
I think you're overstating her position on abortion. If I recall her statement correctly, she said she didn't want to see it go away entirely. Even so, if she pledged to carry the Republican platform forward in spite of personal convictions, she would be a go. Hillary is no more qualified and a hell of a lot more destructive.
