Unbelievable. I rarely scream bias but that headline adds new meaning to the word, "bias."

I have never seen such blatant bias as in this headline. This isn't some confusing positioning of words but an out-an-out lie. The actual meat of this bony article, while trying to deflect the true blame here, doesn't continue the lie. It is purely for the quick hit, where someone doesn't actually read the article and goes away with an impression of the true aggressors being the dickweed Nazis.

"A crowd protesting a white supremacists' march Saturday turned violent, throwing baseball-sized rocks at police, vandalizing vehicles and stores, and setting fire to a neighborhood bar, authorities said."

I'm still flabbergasted.

My brother, who lives in nearby Maumee, and I have talked since this morning and he was speechless when I told him about AP's headline.

The AP's culpability in this story ranks up there with Rather's in his.

It is a truly bizarre headline which has no relation to the story at all. When I worked on my school newspaper many years ago I did some headline writing as well as articles. Normally different people do the headlines, and at liberal newspapers the headline writers are the younger flunkies, over-eager to prove they are more flamingly leftist than their seniors, in hopes of promotion.

If a single White Supremacist had thrown a rock, I'm sure the eager photographers would have caught him in the act and plastered it on the front pages. The best they could come up with was the picture that accompanies the story:

ABC and others continue their attempts at deceit. Here again, they falsely claim that the resulting riot by gang bangers was caused by a planned march of white supremacists. (who never marched)

Yea right. Like gang bangers need an excuse to commit mayhem on public streets.

had to march , it wasn't their fault they had to run riot in the street and assault police officers! The poor misguided children would have been much better off if they'd gone to DC and listened to countless speakers encouraging them to act up ,but then to demand reparations too! It was a total failure
of Government responsibility that caused these otherwise decent lads to go totally berserk....
