On CNN.com, there's a story in which a CNN photographer explains the riots. You see, the police caused the problem by making arrests.

Brian Jagodzinski, chief news photographer for CNN affiliate WTVG is quoted as saying: "The crowd was very ... extremely agitated at the police ... for doing this [making arrests in] the community when they should be doing this to the Nazis," Jagodzinski said.
