Sometimes I get the feeling that not only are we only seeing the tip of the iceburg, but that unless drastic action is taken those who know what the iceburg is all about really want us to be sunk by it.

Actually he is over there trying to sell some more Los Alamos secrets. There were a few that the ChiComs and the NKs missed back when Richardson was Clintoons Sec.Energy and in charge of the Lab's nuclear secrets.
He just needs to be sure that everything they have is up to date, and he needs some campaign money and some "gas" money for the new Jet that the taxpayers of New Mexico were forced to buy for him.
Richardson was a crooked scumbag when I first met him 20+ years ago, and his experience with the CCA* has only made him worse.
*Corrupt Clinton Administration.
