Two men arrested under OU campus
The Norman Transcript ^ | October 21, 2005 | Transcript Staff

Posted on 10/21/2005 2:40:31 AM PDT by LibertyRocks

Two Norman men face felony charges after allegedly breaking into a tunnel under the University of Oklahoma campus to get into a building on the South Oval.

Christopher Thomas Boyce, 24, and James Kent Eldridge, 20, were charged Thursday in Cleveland County District Court with conspiracy to commit burglary and second-degree burglary.

According to an affidavit, a witness saw Boyce and Eldridge entering an underground tunnel system by cutting the locks to a manhole cover in the 1100 block of Asp Avenue. Police said the pair then opened a perimeter door and entered Richards Hall, where they removed a "stoppered glass vial."

I thought you would get a kick out of that.

BTW, George Metesky is still alive, and still in prison. A model prisoner. I bet he gets to use the computer.

Uh-Oh. I must correct myself. George died in 1994. I don't recall reading about his passing. This may be why:

>>>Upon his release from Matteawan in 1973, Metesky took up residence in his family’s Waterbury residence where he died in 1994 at the age of 90. His death did not make the papers.<<<

Well, anyway--the point is, I guess, that this country has always had insane persons going around making bombs and blowing them up who were NOT foreign terrorists.

Maybe the boy at OU who blew himself up on the bench was just a garden variety paranoid schizophrenic with a knack for bombmaking.

I wrote to her and let her know some of the things we've discovered. Hopefully, she can get her bosses to let her look into the case a little more...

fleas = plague? One thing seems certain, it's not likely these two were just wandering around aimlessly below Richards Hall with no particular goal in mind.

Hi all. I am not a regular to this forum, and I must say, you all have a very weird setup. Anyway, the reason I am on here is because I happen to know jim eldridge from when I went to school at OU in Spring '04. I just wanted to give you guys a couple of things I happen to know about Jim and some of the things happening at OU.

1) Jim does have political views that many do not agree with

2) Jim has done several drugs in the past

3) Jim is formerly a vegan

I only posted the third bit because I was informed from a good friend of mine that works in Richards Hall that they had been warned to look out for animal rights groups activity a couple days before this happened. While Jim never said anything about being involved with PETA or the such, but coupled with my first statement, I can see him doing something like this.

Just some food for thought

Greg Heineken

I'm the guy who Greg mentioned who works in that building.
I know a hell of a lot about Jim, anyone who reads his facebook profile would know some of this. He supports Earth First, he used to be a vegan, he's radically left-wing, anti-war, anarchist, socialist/communist, the whole 9 yards. Animal rights activists would want to generally mess with Richards Hall, as it is the Zoology building and houses plenty of animal research.

Trying to catch up (as usual)..You guys might be interested in this site. I actually wrote the FBI and Homeland Security LAST YEAR about it and it is still up and running tonight. Go figure.

http://www.uer.ca/forum_showcats.asp?fid=1

These nutters post about 'exploring' drainage systems, sewage systems, etc. to Nuclear Power Plants, Chemical Weapons Plants, Airports, Research Facilities, ETC. They have detailed MAPS of everything underground in and around our most important and sensitive sites in the US and even a chat line to discuss it all. Friggin unbelievable if u ask me. Check it out.

INFILTRATION ZINE...talks about "going places you are not suppose to go"..they ever have a friggin book out about getting on military bases through tunnel systems!! I can not believe this site is still up and running. Maybe I should write the military and forget the FBI and the Homeland Security Dept! When I wrote them LAST YEAR..I got a form letter from the FBI and absolutely NOTHING from HS!!
