To: Laissez-faire capitalist

"Looks like Arnold's initiatives may be pulling ahead for good."

We don't look at them as Arnolds initiatives, they are ours, the taxpayers that put them together, got them signed and put on the ballot.

Or legislature has totally failed us here and we are The People finally running out government. Arnold just jumped on the band wagon but, we are glad that he did.

I'm not going to haggle with you over who's they are, but I didn't see these initiatives on the scene and having this momentum until now - with Arnold in the picture.

Right?

Well, I'm not in CA, but I think I'm safe in saying that if Arnold was not behind this, you'd be sunk.

Question..what are the odds that when they all pass, a federal court will block some of them...after all, it's happened before? Actually, given the present argument over the state of the judiciary, it might be a "good thing" if the special interest left/lib groups go forum shopping for a sympathetic judge, and manage to get a stay..
