We had to qualify them some time back, it is simply now getting press coverage because the election is coming up soon and the MSM and liberals in the state are losing.

The Teachers union is really upset on their prop and have had to take a new 40 million dollar loan based on an additional fee to each union member of $60.00 and they are going to lose on this one.

Next up, the courts. The government unions will not hear of the people telling them what to do.

Each time, and if and when, the courts step in and usurp the will of the people it is only going to bring down the courts approval ratings across America as a whole. Little by little this is happening as polls have shown.

Ultimately, this could lead to reforming the Judiciary, since Congress has the power to limit the range and scope of the Appeals Court's and District Court's.

From what I have been told, Congress could even limit the Supreme Court to one person.
