The Katrina situation was handled well. Don't believe the MSM lies.
I don't ... NO and the State of Louisiana should have been the initial responders ... not FEMA. Where I fault Bush, as I've stated several times before in other FR threads ... Bush and his handlers should have been playing heads up ball. You have a category 5 hurricane churning thru the Gulf of Mexico, taking dead aim on a blue state ... with a female 'Rat governor and a city, NO, with a black 'Rat mayor. Guess who they're going to blame when the crap hits the fan? Bush should have had his butt on AF1 winging back to Washington two days before the storm, or failing that, flown up to Colo. Springs and been at NORAD the eve of Katrina hitting the gulf coast. Had he done this the criticism from the liberal MSM would have been muted greatly ... instead, he stays on at the vacation ranch in Crawford ... then flies out to San Diego for some function the day Katrina hits.
Since Katrina hit he's been to the gulf coast 8 or 9 times ... too late, the horse is out of the paddock.
