Young Singers Spread Racist Hate
ABC News ^ | Oct. 20, 2005 | ABC

Thirteen-year-old twins Lamb and Lynx Gaede have one album out, another on the way, a music video, and lots of fans.

They may remind you another famous pair of singers, the Olsen Twins, and the girls say they like that. But unlike the Olsens, who built a media empire on their fun-loving, squeaky-clean image, Lamb and Lynx are cultivating a much darker personna. They are white nationalists and use their talents to preach a message of hate.

Known as "Prussian Blue" — a nod to their German heritage and bright blue eyes — the girls from Bakersfield, Calif., have been performing songs about white nationalism before all-white crowds since they were nine.

"We're proud of being white, we want to keep being white," said Lynx. "We want our people to stay white … we don't want to just be, you know, a big muddle. We just want to preserve our race."

Lynx and Lamb have been nurtured on racist beliefs since birth by their mother April. "They need to have the background to understand why certain things are happening," said April, a stay-at-home mom who no longer lives with the twins' father. "I'm going to give them, give them my opinion just like any, any parent would."

April home-schools the girls, teaching them her own unique perspective on everything from current to historical events. In addition, April's father surrounds the family with symbols of his beliefs — specifically the Nazi swastika. It appears on his belt buckle, on the side of his pick-up truck and he's even registered it as his cattle brand with the Bureau of Livestock Identification.

"Because it's provocative," explains April of the cattle brand, "to him he thinks it's important as a symbol of freedom of speech that he can use it as his cattle brand."

In regards to bar bands touring -- I remember years ago, I had friends who toured from bar to bar, college town to college town. They'd drive a $600 econoline van they'd buy at auction, basically living in it. They'd come back six or eight months later, the van reeking, a terminal case of scabbies and/or crabs, but they'd have this light in their eyes that wasn't all chemically induced.

When Mom was growing up (1930's), they still had Yiddish and German theater productions in the city. Entertainment was colorful in those days. They were able - or maybe required - to be genuinely "adult," rather than constantly adolescent.

The person is not changed...but the offspring are definately more chinese than white.

No, the offspring are equally white, and equally Asian. Your math is faulty.

But as my grandparents always said.....the cardinal never mates with a crow...even though they are of the same species.

Your grandparents obviously weren't bright enough to know that cardinals and crows aren't the same species. The cardinal is Cardinalis cardinalis. There are actually TWO species of crow, Corvus ossifragus and Corvus brachyrhynchos. You're living proof that garbage in equates to garbage out. You were fed racist pap, and you're regurgitating racist pap.

You're responding to a post that has been pulled, from a screen name that has been banned, for pretty obvious reasons.

But, it's gone bye-bye now. No sense keeping it alive by reposting portions of it.

Holy smoke, man I love Outkast and they fired him? Unreal, it`s pathetic. It`s true, it`s all about the bottom line, money, and if someone doesn`t sell watch out, and if do they don`t care if the CD is crap or not. They said the biggest buyers of CD`s are 13 year old girls which is why I guess you get all this bonafide crap at the tops of the charts like Ashlee Simpson and J. Blo. Like that guy from Oasis says, 13 year old girls should be banned from buying CD`s by law. LOL!

To me though, if I was a band today I wouldn`t even touch a record company, someone was telling me they`re nothing more than loan companies today. They give you a certain amount to record an album and make a video and you must pay them back. So if you don`t sell anything, you could end up in debt! Screw that! I would think you could pretty much get the same results through the internet and touring if you got the right people, manager, although you wouldn`t get a million bucks to make a video or get on MTV (Empty-V) which I don`t think would be such a tragedy anyway.

Maybe Blazing Saddles holds the solution we need for these pukes: A "Number 6."

Taggart (Slim Pickens): I got it. I got it.

Hedley Lamarr (Harvey Korman): You do?

Taggart: We'll work up a "Number 6" on 'em.

Hedley: "Number 6"? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that one...

Taggart: Well, that's where we go a-ridin' into town, a whampin' and whompin' every livin' thing that moves within an inch of its life. Except the women folks, of course.

Hedley: You spare the women?

Taggart: NAW. We rape the s**t out of them at the Number 6 Dance later on.

Hedley: Marvelous.

That's funny - I assumed they'd at least be able to sing well. They're terribly off-key. It is kind of eerie, too, in the way that Children of the Corn was eerie ...

L.A. Reid was fired just before the Grammy's. When OutKast won, they invited him up on stage to help accept the award. Like giving the finger to BMG.

Basically, Reid followed the model used for Guns n Roses with Outkast. He stuck them in a house, provided help in getting their music tight, and made them practice endlessly before ever going into a studio. That's an expensive process, but it assures they're not going into the studio too early. He also told them to do different things and not repeat early successes, which really paid off.
