Even if Miers is unanimously confirmed by the Senate, that won't change the fact that she is unqualified. A Senate vote can't repair a deficient resume.

Surely you're not saying that Senate confirmation proves someone will be a good Justice? Souter was confirmed 90-9, Ginsburg by 96-3.
