Thats what I was thinking, this lady and her cohorts have to be on serious drugs.
My first thought.... also make a good argument for her to not be allowed to have more children after this one is born. More than that, what kind of mental capacity do these babies being born to mothers using meth (and other drugs) have? That's something I'm very curious about.
