What a shocker that the poll now shows only 32% feels that he is getting a fair trial while 59% do not feel he is getting afair trial.

After a total of 4 hours in one day. My, they do jump to conclusions without much evidence, don't they.
Here's the link to Al-J.
Peronally, I think he's lucky to have any trail at all. He should have been tortured and executed (via a wood chipper) immediately upon capture.
His hid hole should have been cleared via grenade.
I visited Al Jazeera. Now how do I bleach my computer?
Its not our call...the people of Iraq who lived under the hand of this monster will decide his fate. We can wish good, bad, fair or not. It is not our call, or our choice to decide anything. America gave Iraq and option to decide for themselves.

Arabs wouldn't recognize a fair trial if it shouted Allahu Akbar and beheaded them.
A fair trial for Saddam would begin by having him hanging upside down with cheese smeared on his genitals in the most rat infested part of the world. Mind you, that's only a start.
The fact that Saddam is breathing air is indication he is getting a fair trial.
I certainly do not think that it is fair that he is getting a trial. It is such a waste of resources. He should have been convicted and dispatched with a judiciously placed .22 caliber bullet or perhaps a kick in the headusing a cheap shoe. That would have saved some money that would better spent on The Children or something.
A leading Canadian newspaper has conducted a similar survey and the results are about the same.
Next question should be. .
'Do you care?'
Or perhaps the question should just be. . .
Do you care if Saddam gets a fair trial?
My answer is 'NO'.
