"I'm still waiting for the rest of the West to understand that Mohammedism is a violence based, totalitarian system, not unlike Nazism, fascism or communism."

I listened to a speaker last night who very thoroughly showed the 20th century path of muslim extremism. The roots of the current fanatic movement are squarely on Hitler's WWII Germany. He spoke of how Nazi Germany used radical Islamists (he named some of the palestinian leaders who were cultivated by Hitler, but can't remember them) to further their cause of killing Jews. Hitler encouraged, trained, and funded Muslim terrorism against Jews. Interestingly, a young Yassar Arafat was a student of one of the Nazi supported leaders.

So yes, radical muslim extremism is very much like radical Nazi extremism, if not the same. Hitler would be proud.

Thanks, for the link. :)

It seems, the Jihadists/Islamic Terrorists/Islamo-Terrorists/Mujahedeen...et.al., aren't arguing with the message the Cartoonists are projecting...only Muhammad's image.

I guess they accept the actual messages from the Muslim fundamentalists/Islamo-Terrorists as the truth. :D

If they think freedom of expression is limited now, just wait until the Muslims reach a majority! The entire population will have to go into hiding!

You know. It's hard to feel sorry for people who see the train coming and just refuse to get off the tracks.

"Do the papers in America have the balls to make derogatory images about Muhammad and Islam the way they do about republicans?"

No way. Liberals are too afraid of Muslims. They would rather cower or attack US and our own troops than fight someone who might fight back with a car bomb.

Muslims should not be moving into countries where they do not like or respect the law there. Muslims should stay where they do like the laws and the culture. They all seem to be born having fits of some kind and mad as hornets.

"Muslim fundamentalists have threatened to bomb the paper’s offices and kill the cartoonists."

Exactly. Furthermore, I'm waiting for the West to realize that they have the right and the duty to protect their culture against these raving brigands. The bottom line is that Muslims are guests in their country and will live according to the laws of the land and will respect the culture, or they leave. If the situation in Denmark persists, the Danish government should give Muslims (all of them, because there's no time to sort the good from the bad) a date certain to gather what they can of their belongings and exit the country. After that, they will be summarily airlifted out to a Muslim country of their choosing. If the country in question refuses to cooperate, they will parachute.
Tolerance is an empty word. Too many people don't take the time to define tolerance, to think about what it is that they are tolerating, and to consider the ramifications.
Sorry. Again I'm getting preachy.

The gentelmen is a double idiot. Denmark is a liberal constitutional monarchy, not a mobocracy.

The Danish papers I've seen are mostly ads for brothels. I doubt they're worried about losing much muslim readership.

I fear that the Danes might be exibiting too much trust in their Muslim population.

I've found it to be ironic how the secular left would find the most extreme of the 3 major Abrahamic religions rather than to support the least extreme extreme of the 3.

Denmark, one of the most peaceful and placid places in the world. If Muslims can't get along there, they can't get along anywhere.
They can't get along anywhere. Every major conflict on the planet involves Islam in one way or another.
