The FARC pays top dollar for the service. This in addition to Chavez's oil bucks that he makes on both the wholesale and retail end here in the states, Venezuela owns CITGO. Chavez prevents Colombia from developing its own oil reserves in its east by supporting FARC which attacks the oil facilities. This keeps Colombia from providing competition to Chavez on the open market.
