Like has been said before, any indictments on Rove and Libby can only be some really vague twisting of existing law, and charging someone with lying under oath because they didn't remember a phone call from over two years before, and then they themselves were the ones that came back on their own, to say they recently found an email that reminded them about a call with that person, is a real heck of a stretch. Rove didn't have to go back and mention that call, so to charge him with lying about something that he came back on his own to correct previous testimony, is pretty stinking thin.
New conservative ad should be John Kerry and Turban Durbin disclosing Agent Smith's real name on CSpan. That would end this phony bologny real quick.
