This is not the movies. A 100 lb. woman would be very unlikely to even phase a 200+ lb male street figher even if she could get to his crotch or face. It may hurt, but that dude is probably gonna keep coming, but now he'll be really mad. Actually, if you want to immobilize someone immediately, a stong shot to the adams apple is your best bet. However, hitting someone in the adams apple when they are moving fast is easier said than done. For most ladies, a small "pocket rockt" pistol in the purse is the best protection.
