The entire Middle of Iraq would be an endless war zone.
Breaking up Iraq would be the absolute WORST thing to do.
The only people that would gain from that are the Iranians and the Syrians. Sure as hell WE wouldn't gain from it.

al-Qaeda would also gain greatly as would everyone else the feeds off of instibility in the region.
